hey everbody my name is Melina Nava Perez.I was born on March 9,1979.My hometown is Los Angeles but,people now a days call it L.A.!I grew up in sunny Southern,California my whole life!I spent most of my time watching my daddy box!I saw every emotion,energy,and power my daddy had in him!My daddy is the only one that kept me motivated!He is my inspiration!I♥him so much!Anways!LoL.I began my career as a model.I won a Miss California beauty contest and also modeled athletic wear for Nike.I decided to become a professional wrestler after talking to Empire Wrestling Federation superstar Mike Henderson in 2000.I started training at Jesse Hernandez's School of Hard Knocks in San Bernardino,California,made my professional debut in April 2002.I made my WWE Debut on April 14,2005.I was also part of a group called MNM.I was on the Smackdown Brand but my ex-husband Nitro/Hennigan and i got fired so we went to the Raw Brand instead.On Raw i became the WWE Women's Champion twice.Yes now i am a former 2x-WWE Women's Champion.I won both my titles from my good friend Mickie James.When im out there on Raw wrestling,my mood,my anger,and my skills begin to form.Im very agressive once im in the ring.Im confident and i know when it comes to wrestling,i do it for you fans,you fans keep me motivated.So thanks for all the support.♥Hey fans out there dont get mad if i dont write back sometimes i will but remember im busy most of the time.Thanks to all the fans out there.You and my friends and family are my life.And wrestling!In late 2002,I auditioned for World Wrestling Entertainment's reality show Tough Enough III,making it through to the final 21 before being eliminated from the competition in the final cut of the first episode.After being eliminated from the contest,trainer Al Snow pulled me aside and encouraged me to keep trying to pursue my dream as a wrestler.♥The wrestlers that managed me was Joey Mercury, Johnny Nitro,Mark Henry, Mick Foley.I was trained by Jesse Hernandez, Lance Storm,Dave Finlay,and Ultimate Pro Wrestling.Like many,I luved wrestling but I never really thought about becoming a wrestler.I grew up active like my father,who was a boxer.I luved fitness.I continued to be active after high school and always made it a habit to train.The high school that i went to was called Hesperia!I was there for four years which is like ummm 1994-1997.Feels good to be out of school!Lol.Back to yea!Lol.A friend,"The Miracle" Mikey Henderson(AKA Suicide Kid),would always see me busting my butt at the gym and he told me I should get into wrestling.I luv trying new things and when it comes to challenging myself physically, I'm game.I went to his school at the time,EWF School of Hard Knocks,tried it out and luved it.Some things come into to your life and you just know it's right for you.I may not have dreamed of being a wrestler since I was a child,but I know this is what I am and what I will train to learn all about.Now i achieved my goal and dreams!Now im just gonna see what the future has in store for me.I♥you all!!!
