THIS LAYOUT IS CUTE AND FUN! I HAVE BEEN A NURSE FOR 4 YEARS AND YOU HAVE LAUGHTER AND A GOOD SENCE OF HUMOR...ITS ALL IN FUN!! PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO KNOW THIS IS THE YEAR 2008, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH A SEXY NURSE...OR DO YOU PREFER THE HELGA NURSE FROM WAY BACK WHEN WHO COULD KICK YOUR DADS ASS?? YEAH...TRY GETTING A SHOT FROM THAT ONE!

I am a future nurse, as I graduate from the University of Michigan in December with my BSN. I absolutely LOVE this layout! I understand we have spent decades overcoming our image issues in desperation of being considered a professional, however, this is a simple myspace layout! It is not meant to offend anyone, just to be palyful. Actually, if it does offend you, then I question what you are spending your time on? There are world issues in front of us, A WAR, epidemics, starving children, needy and abused families, and you are worried about a myspace page that gives nurses the wrong identity?! Get over yourself!

Wow...just when I thought liberals couldn't find something else to tell us to be offended about. You're offended by a MYSPACE LAYOUT. If you don't like it, then don't use it. Don't look at it. Do you think that people across the world will look at this and be so influenced by it that they will assume that every nurse around the world is a bimbo? Of course not. In fact, my wife, who IS a nurse, loved the layout so much that she grabbed it for HER Myspace page. Just because you're offended by it doesn't mean that everyone has to share your views. Get over it.

This is extremely offensive layout. Nurses have worked many years to change and rise above the bimbo image. This happens to be national nurses week. We are professionals who take our work very seriously. Although no one has to grab the layout, I think having it even availiable is sad comment on how little respect is shown to a noble profession.
