I agree with what Peter says, All of that running does in fact shake up ones digestive system therefore cause a sudden case of diahrea which in turn sucks when out in public

Boy! Does this ever look familiar! Are you sure that is not ME in this pic? Only once in my life (May of 2004) I had ran in the "Bay to Breakers" in San Francisco, and though far from winning, I had experienced E X A C T L Y what is dipicted above! It is not funny, it is embarrassing, and it begins to sting (as well as stink) shitting diarrhoea upon ones self! This is however quite common, called "Runner's Diarrhoea" (The intestines are shaken up through running and accelerate the contents to well...exit the body at a faster rate). Yes, I know this experience all too well!
